Right tool at the right time. And these tweets are searchable, with the right hashtags and keywords - so people can find what they want. This serves a need for brokers/owners and for buyers/renters. I would definitely use this as part of my overall online marketing effort. If you're a broker or a homeowner/property owner and you're not tapping into Twitter now, you're missing out on a huge opportunity.
